Music Team Leader

After serving as worship pastor in the Church of the Nazarene for over 30 years, Marvin is now an Associate Professor in the School of Music at Olivet Nazarene University.

He has served as worship leader for 3 of the denominations General Assembly, as well as leading worship at 3 Millennium conferences. He also serves as Assistant Worship Leader at College Church University Ave. in Bourbonnais, IL.

Marvin received his BA in Church Music, MA in Religion, and his Ed.D. from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Marvin is married to Paula Jones, and they have two children, Sheldon (wife Wendi, son, Davis, and daughter Raegan), and Nikki (son, Caden).
