The Church year

The Church year (also known as the Christian year or the Liturgical year) is a Christian way of measuring the year. It begins with the anticipation of the birth of Christ. It then moves to the birth of Christ, the life of Christ, his passion and the events of Holy Week, his resurrection, his ascension, Pentecost, and finally a time of growth for the Church as we reflect on what it means to be people shaped by the life of Christ.

In this section you will find a short description of the season and a Call to Worship. (Calls to Worship provided by Rev. Matt Rundio)
