“Prepare the Way” is not merely a devotional. The foundation of which is a daily reflection. In this sense it is like other devotionals. Unlike other devotionals, though, there are other avenues for Spiritual formation. The various components of “Prepare the Way” are as follows:

The Weekly Collect is a gathering prayer intended to gather your thoughts and center your focus on Christ. 
 
Lectio Divina (Sacred Reading)  
Each day, we read the Scriptures in the promise that the Word of God will read our lives.
 
Visio Divina (Sacred Vision)  
Each week, we gaze upon sacred art in the promise that the Word of God will see us.
 
Audio Divina (Sacred Listening)*
Each week, we listen to sacred music in the promise that the Word of God hears us. 
 
Poema Divina (Sacred Poetry)
Each week, we read poetry in the promise that the Word of God speaks to us.
 
Camino Divina (Sacred Walking)
Each week, we share in a holy practice in the promise that the Word of God walks with us.
 
Weekly Examen
The Weekly Exam is a way to look back on the ways that God has been at work in your life and your awareness of it.
